Service Delivery Policy

Effective 10 October 2026

Digital service

The Sunday Unlearning is a digital live-class service. No physical product is sold or shipped, so shipping charges and physical delivery timelines do not apply.

Access delivery

After Razorpay confirms a successful ₹250 payment, the Telegram bot sends a private, one-time channel invitation. This normally happens within a few minutes. The purchased access covers four scheduled Sunday classes.

Class timing

Classes are normally conducted every Sunday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM IST. Schedule changes are communicated through Telegram.

Delivery problems

If payment succeeds but access is not received, contact dhamomech369@gmail.com or +91 63742 63049 with the payment ID. Never send card details, UPI PINs or OTPs.
