Itzdhamo Online Class collects only the information required to accept payment, provide class access and communicate with participants.

Information collected

We may receive your Telegram user ID, Telegram username, name, email address, phone number, Razorpay payment status, payment identifier and access-expiry date. Card, bank and UPI credentials are processed by Razorpay and are not stored on our server.

How information is used

Information is used to create a unique payment request, verify payment, grant or remove private-channel access, send class information, send renewal reminders, prevent fraud and respond to support requests.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the programme, including Razorpay for payments and Telegram for messages and channel access, or when required by law. We do not sell participant information.

Retention and security

Membership and transaction records are retained for legitimate business, accounting and legal purposes. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect stored information.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of information that is not required for legal or accounting obligations by contacting us.
