Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective 10 October 2026

Participant cancellation

You may cancel and request a full refund before your first class is conducted. Send the request from your registered contact details to dhamomech369@gmail.com and include the Razorpay payment ID.

After the first class

No refund is available after the first class in the four-class cycle has been conducted. Access is also non-refundable after private Telegram material has been substantially used or shared.

Cancellation by us

If Itzdhamo Online Class cancels the complete four-class programme and does not provide a replacement schedule, the payment will be refunded in full.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply after the refund is initiated.
